These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the educational portal ralxent.com (hereinafter, "the Portal"), operated by Ralxent S.A. (hereinafter, "Ralxent" or "the Company"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, with Tax ID (RUC) 80125637-4, domiciled at Avda. Mariscal López 3794, Citicenter Building, 12th Floor, Office 1201, Asunción, Paraguay. By accessing and using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.
1. Nature of Service
Ralxent is an educational platform dedicated to financial literacy. All content published on the Portal is exclusively informational and educational in nature. Ralxent does not provide financial, investment, or personalized financial advisory services. Educational materials published do not constitute investment recommendations and should not be interpreted as such. Potential returns mentioned in any educational material are adjusted for risks and do not guarantee future results.
2. Acceptable Use
By using the Portal, you agree to: use the content exclusively for educational and personal purposes; not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without express authorization from Ralxent; not use the Portal for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties; provide truthful and current information when using contact forms; not attempt to access restricted areas of the Portal or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Intellectual Property
All Portal content, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ralxent S.A. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Paraguay and applicable international treaties. The "Ralxent" brand and its logo are registered trademarks of Ralxent S.A. with the National Directorate of Industrial Property (DINAPI) of Paraguay. Their unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
Portal content is provided "as is" and "as available". Ralxent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of published information. In no event shall Ralxent be liable for: financial decisions made based on the Portal's educational content; direct or indirect economic losses arising from the use of published information; service interruptions or technical errors; content from third-party websites linked from the Portal. Each user is responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.
5. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Use of the Portal implies acceptance of said Privacy Policy. We comply with Law No. 6534/2020 on the Protection of Personal Credit Data and other applicable Paraguayan regulations on data protection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Paraguayan law, Ralxent's total liability for any claim related to the use of the Portal shall not exceed the equivalent amount of 500,000 Paraguayan guaraníes (PYG). This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether contractual, non-contractual, or of any other nature.
7. Modifications
Ralxent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after the publication of changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Portal shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción, Republic of Paraguay, with the parties waiving any other forum that may apply.
9. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right by Ralxent shall not constitute a waiver thereof. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Ralxent regarding the use of the Portal.
